It was therefore error for the Chancellor to have refused the interlocutory injunction and dismissed appellant's bill of complaint,
for which error the decree appealed from should be and the same is hereby reversed, with directions to have such further orders
and decrees in this cause, as shall not be inconsistent with the holding of this opinion.
