Inspired by my daughter, whom this book is dedicated to, there are endless Caribbean flavors trapped within these pages. Travel into the Caribbean culinary experience with an assortment of recipes that compliment the Caribbean sunshine, and keep the taste buds alive. Bringing together a blend of cultures and culinary experiences that are unique to the region, we've combined those influences with a carnival of colors to produce some of the tastiest eats available.
