State v. Zamora

The state appeals a trial court order suppressing all evidence seized during a search of defendants residence and evidence of defendants inculpatory statements made during that search. ORS 138.060(1)(c). Because we conclude that defendant consented to the search, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
