It also goes into the many pitfalls the author has seen himself and others fall into, such as depression, poor attitude, excessive partying and more.

While most of the book deals with the psychological aspects of this position, there is also a technical aspect to this book as well. The author goes into how to choose the right equipment, the proper way to set it up, and how to fix it when it doesn't work.
