This recipe book was written by students of Badminton School to share and showcase the molecular gastronomy recipes that the School’s Science Outreach team of 2011-2012 developed and produced. The Science Outreach Programme looks at taking science out to the community and offering positive role models of women involved in science, particularly physics and chemistry. These tried and tested recipes are the perfect introduction to molecular gastronomy.
