Pursued by five bad men looking to make a reputation by killing the Gunsmith, Clint Adams decides to lay low in Socorro, New Mexico. He's only just arrived when he bumps into Colorado Charlie Utter, who shares Clint's rare honor of being counted among the late Wild Bill Hickok's best friends.
