The Journey

Rachel Silberman finds herself transported by cattle train to _Auschwitz death camp where she meets Dr Mengele. She is left in charge of a group of male and female twins told to read to them in any language she chooses.
Her mother is rescued and works with the Polish resistance and is trained as a sniper.
