Nothing new -
This book gives you a handful tips and none working links to “more material” that seem to be unavailable.
Consequences of a lack of sleep, exhaustion, etc are not talked about. In other words this book doesn’t give a complete picture.
With all the additional books that now have been published in the miracle morning-cycle this feels like a pure commercial operation with hardly any added value.
