Toxic Protocol: The Unmonitored Enforcement of Psychiatric Medication upon the Elderly

The behavioural pattern of staff in organisational structures repeats itself. Blind to the situation in front of them in favour of the comfort of their own pre programmed mental processes. Usually followed by denial of the consequences of their inaction. I've called this behaviour Toxic Protocol. The adherence to protocol over the situation presented. Society should reject this at all costs.
