Wells v. Wells

This is a marital property distribution case. Following a bench trial, the trial court entered a divorce decree, confirmed that certain property was Jacqueline Kay Wellss separate property, and divided the community property and debts between the parties. Richard Harrison Wells filed this appeal complaining of the trial courts characterization of twelve items of farming equipment as Jacquelines separate property and of the division of the community property. Finding no error, we affirm.
