Wesley’s Notes on the Bible: Isaiah - Malachi

The 16 prophetic books of the Bible in Wesley’s Notes on the Bible are clearly expounded. Isaiah, the first and oldest, fully describes the person, and offices, sufferings, and kingdom of Christ. He is sometimes called the fifth Evangelist. Joel and Amos appeared about the same time, Amos in Israel, and Joel in Judah, and predicted the same judgments.
