WHAT MONEY CAN'T BUY

INTRODUCTION 

When you think that the gates of success will be opening for you and you think you've reached the pinnacle of your career and happiness, when fans worship you as a God and you feel almighty and you are pretty aware you've made many sacrifices to get where you are, then you realize that you haven't achieved any of this but you're unhappy, despite having everything a man could want. Then you understand that you are not God and that this enormous sacrifice is leaving a lot of bitterness in your heart.

So I went back to America to take a little time for me, but it did not last long. I was already thinking of my next album again and again and then I resumed my tours ... but I missed Mary so much. I kept thinking of her every moment and most of the memories from my past were haunting me so I kept writing letters to her. Well, I was pretty aware that I was now too involved into the so called star system to let drop the whole thing, that I might not have had the strength to leave everything, after all I had sacrificed for my career. But I did not realize yet what a silly thing my success really was... 

This novel is a sort of accusation against who’s become full of himself and even trampled himself for money, fame success and such... “I had nothing but a lot of money” an excerpt of our times that will make a big deal of good to the youth.
