I was inducted into the ancient African healing arts as a child by my parents who were priests and healers. My subsequent training in scientific research methodology enabled me to observe bio-feedbacks and discover effective drug-free methods for preventing many ailments. This book introduces my discoveries to the world beyond my immeediate family, acquaintances and friends who have already benefited from the effective systematic results.
