However, in this universe, there will be the greatest wedding known to mankind when Christ, the real Bridegroom, will marry His chosen, redeemed, regenerated, transformed and conformed tripartite people as His counterpart and Bride which is the church, His Body! “...the church, which is His Body,…” (Ephesians 1:22b, 23a). Christ as the unique Husband will take God’s redeemed people to be His corporate Bride! This wedding has everything to do with those who have received this wonderful One as their Lord, Life and Lover! Therefore, this is about the Kingdom and not just going to church.
