That trauma has pushed her into becoming a godkiller, slaying every deity in her path…until the day she meets a god who’s a little different than the rest. We loved bopping between the novel’s diverse points of view, which include plenty of queer, feminist, and disabled perspectives. Kaner’s world-building is top-notch, especially when she’s describing the rules and methods for bringing down a god. In particular, fans of the Witcher series won’t want to miss this action-packed adventure.
