Random Acts of Love

Random Acts of Love is a collection of poetry by Hubert O’Hearn and photography by Miranda Huckle.


The twenty-eight poems included here are all based around a theme of love, and the random acts of expression love causes. Several audio clips of Hubert reading his poems are also included in this iArtBook, with accompanying video presentations of Miranda’s photographs.


Playwright, novelist and journalist O'Hearn notes that he, “uses poetry as both a pleasant meditative exercise on the beauties of life, love and nature while also using the form to tune his ear to the music of human speech.”


Miranda Huckle’s work frequently takes inspiration from the scenic beauty of her surrounds in the Scottish Highlands. A keen photographer from an early age, she is an advocate for using digital technology to take photos.
