TALL TALES FROM A TWENTY-SOMETHING by Melissa Lynette Cabrera is a flash fiction collection comprised of three young adult stories.

“Partners in Crime” follows Peter and Dean, two art thieves, who are on the brink of getting away with the biggest art theft in history. This unlikely duo must decide to put aside their differences if they want to get the cash.

“Confessions” tells the story of Hanna, a college student with a whole lot of attitude. When put in an unfortunate situation, Hanna must decide what path to take to find peace and happiness.

“La Rendeción” captures young Lazáro Cabrera living in Cuba during the 1980s. A major run in with the law threatens to alter Lazáro’s entire future.
