WHO AM I?

I am not a celebrity, I am not in an incredibly active occupation. In June of 2012, I weighed in at a whopping 299 pounds. Since June of that year, less than one year so far I have lost 65 pounds, seven pant sizes (48-41) and two shirt sizes (XXL to L) and I am still shedding the weight.

Let me be clear. I hate vegetables, I love good food. So radical diets were NOT an option for me. Hey, I’m a good cook too! This is not a diet eBook. I followed a few simple tips on weight loss and began to see results. There were times last year when I was at my heaviest that I could not walk. Of course, some of that had to do with the pain in my knee that I injured a decade earlier. With just a few of these first tips, my pain was entirely gone and I was walking with relative ease (I was still heavy.)

The first tip alone eased the pain I felt in my knee, gave me loads of energy and helped kick-start my weight loss.  During the first six months of my weight loss, I used this tip primarily. I didn’t exercise, didn’t diet (except for cutting out soda) and enjoyed every minute of it.

Now? I am a member of the local gym. The towel now fits all the way around my waist. I can see my feet! And I can see my. . .uh never-mind that was off topic. I am consistently now losing two to three pounds a week, working out where I could never have before, and have more energy than I know what to do with which certainly makes my . . . happy. (sorry, off topic again.)

Follow tip one starting right now and by the time the holidays roll around, you will be a different person. Trust me.
