The purpose of this book, is to redesign a person mind, to think outside the box. It is to let go and to look at life different, to put you at peace.

You could even do some of this things as well, like lighting a candle and put a sunflower in a glass of water, and just start imaging things, you can light up an incense around the house and smell the aroma. You can take my book to the beach and read it, then when you leave the beach you could tell the difference. Life is amazing you just have to think outside the box to be.
