Rules aren't meant to be broken…

Until her.

A recently ended engagement.

An age-gap that should give me pause.

A connection to each other's families by marriage that is sure to lead toward a scandal.

I know she'll be the costliest mistake I ever make. She's capable of ruining everything I've built—my reputation. My self-control. My sanity.

I told myself to ignore this madness. To back off.

Instead, I find myself obsessing about her. Stalking her.

Seducing her.

And putting myself in the most vulnerable position of all.
