Jason Greathouse knows a little something about what's going on in Coal Ridge, if only he could get someone to listen. Tammy Watts is willing, but without evidence all she has is a conspiracy barely worthy of rag journalism.

When Liv Parker goes missing, the police think she's run away, but this skeptical duo decides to see if Jason's soul devouring monster is involved. When they discover that they're not the only ones hunting for it, Tammy's story becomes a lot more news than conspiracy.
