Three SCUBA instructors, who happen to be sexual dominants, are about to take the ultimate plunge. If you’re extraordinarily lucky, you’ll be invited to join them on The Divemaster, where work and pleasure go hand in hand. Welcome aboard!
Going Hard
As the last lone wolf of The Divemaster, Tosin Ellis doesn’t plan on partnering up anytime soon. Then his friend Archer commissions an engagement ring for his fiancée…
Jeweler Kahori Akama is sensual, intriguing, and happy to accept Tosin’s help sourcing the black pearls she uses in her popular pieces. As their relationship goes from professional to personal, Tosin also learns Kahori’s family in under the threat of a blackmailer, someone intent on ruining her father’s resort business to lay claim to its valuable property.
Tosin never expected to find a single woman that could slake his sexual appetites, but Kahori surrenders to her raw and primal urges with the natural power of a typhoon strong enough to blow even a veteran sailor far off course. Once he’s experienced loving in the eye of the storm, he can’t imagine being satisfied by less.
Once more, the crew of The Divemaster will do what it takes to protect their own. Especially Tosin, who realizes Kahori’s heart just may be his home.

Ride the wave, baby...
Received this book free for an honest review. OMG! What a trip. I love this story. It will make you laugh, cry and want to beat the hell out of somebody. But don't fret, the tears at the end are happy ones. It's been a long road to happiness and these people deserved every bit of it!
Sexy and Fun!
“Going Hard” is the third book in Jayne Rylon’s “Divemasters” series, and it was my favorite. This book focuses on Tosin, a newly-minted billionaire/scuba instructor trying to decide if he wants to stay carefree and single or settle down like his best friends, and Kahori, a jeweler trying to balance the need to see more of the world and her family that lives on a small island. This was a quick and fun, sexy story. While I liked the first two books in the series, I thought this third book flowed more fluidly, and I really loved the plot twist.
*I was given an advanced copy of this story in exchange for an honest review.
Sexy, suspenseful, hot - I loved it!
Going Hard is the third and final book in the Divemasters series. I’m almost embarrassed to admit that I haven’t read the first two books yet but because of that I can tell you without reservation that this book stands alone with no problem. Characters from the first two books make appearances in this one but Ms. Rylon does an excellent job of giving the reader any background they need from the first two books; I didn’t feel like I missed a thing. (Note to self: read the first two books! If they are half as sexy and good as this one I will love them!)
Tosin Ellis and his friends have been at sea aboard the Divemaster for four thousand miles and he is looking forward to being on land for a bit. He and his partners, Miguel and Archer, are going ashore to find dinner but Archer wants to visit the Punanga Nui Market first so he can look for something special for his girlfriend. When Tosin first sets his eyes on Kahori Akama he is smitten.
Kahori Akama loves her work as a custom jewelry designer and her home on Aituataki. She used to travel some, showing and selling her designs but a bad experience has kept her closer to home for quite a while. She is intrigued by Tosin’s accent and his stunning looks. When she realizes that he is also intrigued by her she wants to explore their feelings.
I loved the relationships between all of the characters in this book. Ms. Rylon’s writing made me feel at home with them and made me wish I had friends like them. While this story has some BDSM elements to it they are mild and not the focus of the story. The book has lots of hot sexy time, suspense and intrigue set in an exotic location. For a novella length story I thought that the characters were developed nicely. While some people don’t like books with insta-love elements I don’t mind them at all in stories of shorter lengths.
This was a quick and easy read for me; just right for an evening of reading pleasure. I thought the ending of this book was perfect. Anyone who has read the first two books should be very satisfied with the ending for this series.
