A must read for a run, safe, and effective detox plan!
I’ve enjoyed reading the 7-day Detox Challenge because it stands on its own as compared to the doom and gloom detox books out there, explaining why certain toxins and foods should be avoided. This book explains a new paradigm to rebalancing health from the inside out through strategically sectioning out each day on how to prepare a detox the safe way on the first day and then to detox each organ system for the remaining six days. After successfully implementing these tools into your detox plan, you are able to fine tune the flow between your physical and emotional well-being. You are given excellent recipes and how to prepare them in order to see maximum results and ways to filter and detox every organ system from the deep down to the superficial level. This has changed my thought process tremendously on what makes a detox program complete. I now treat my whole body as a complete package, and each aspect is vital and important to my whole being. The “7-Day Detox Challenge” book and its principles and program will be a way of life, not just another diet and health book.
