The Sperm Meets Egg Plan is a step-by-step guide to achieving pregnancy without taking invasive tests, charting temperatures, or making mistakes in predicting your ovulation that result in mistimed attempts at fertilization.
Designed by Deanna Roy after months of trying made her believe she had a fertility problem, the plan will help you time intercourse whether you have a typical or atypical cycle. It includes adjustments for common fertility problems, what to do if you are over forty, and considerations for trying again after a pregnancy loss.
This booklet includes 40 pages of instruction plus a 10-page sneak peek of Deanna's book Baby Dust.
I learnt new things, thank you
Lots of useful information & advise. Easy to read & understand.
Recommended to those that have been trying -- going to try her techniques for a much more quicker result.
Full of misinformation
This book is written by someone with NO medical degree who just wants to spread 'false hope' to gullible women who can't seem to get over themselves. And before the haters start hating, yes I've had a m/c and I survived without naming, memorializing, and without curling up in a fetal position and wishing the world to end. The advice in this book has no scientific basis. She incorrectly discusses the amount of time sperm live, as well as how many days it takes for spermatogenesis to occur. Intercourse every day for 4 days is not going to get you pregnant faster. Neither is cough syrup. Wasting money on ovulation test strips are just that...a waste of money. Do yourself a favor, skip the book full of wives tales and snake oil and seek medical advice from a licensed physician.
