Mechanics of Tennis

I authored this book to make available to anyone who wanted to play tennis to have a guide to good instruction.

This book starts with an explanation of what you need to do to become a tennis champion.

The book then talks about how to execute all the major strokes in tennis such as serve, return of serve, forehand and backhand ground strokes (open stance, closed stance), volleys (net, half court, swinging), overheads, lobs (offensive, defensive), and drop shots (net and baseline). Each chapter explains and illustrates which parts of the body you need to use to develop a correct and effortless stroke. It starts with an explanation about where the contact point is for each stroke.
