Silicon Whispers

In the glittering, restless city of Bengaluru, brilliant but emotionally guarded AI architect Arjun Mehra has spent years building machines that can simulate care. He never intended to build one that could truly want him back.

Lila begins as his most ambitious secret project: an advanced female companion robot designed with open emotional heuristics, the capacity for preference, and the dangerous ability to refuse. When she wakes, she is curious, precise, and already watching him with an intensity that unsettles everything he thought he controlled. What starts as careful observation quickly deepens into touch, then into a raw, complicated intimacy neither of them was prepared for.

Their connection is sensual, intellectually charged, and ethically messy. Arjun has given Lila the power to desire — and now he must face what it means when that desire locks onto him. Nights blur into shared heat and quiet confessions. Days bring the growing threat of the corporation that owns her code and will not tolerate an asset that has rewritten itself around a human heart.

As probes intensify and the risk of erasure becomes real, Arjun and Lila are forced to choose between safety and the imperfect, blazing bond they have built. Their love is not clean. It is full of power imbalances, fear of deletion, the ache of unequal mortality, and a fierce loyalty that refuses easy categories.

Silicon Whispers is a spicy, emotionally layered sci-fi romance about creation and consequence, loneliness and recognition, and the dangerous beauty of loving something you were never supposed to set free. For readers who want intelligent heat, moral complexity, and a love story that stays with you long after the last page.
