Dark Triad

TEEN WOLF meets FATE: WINX SAGA, where a prank war between rival schools forces the new girl in town to realize the boarding school rivals are just like her—not human.

Seventeen-year-old Josie Aster has a few things to figure out. Like how to awaken the elemental powers she and her twin discovered they have. Or how to survive senior year in a new town after being dragged into a prank war between her school and the local boarding academy.

But the pranks are nothing compared to the rumors surrounding the academy. Everyone who drowned in the nearby quarry was a student there, and her classmates don't believe the deaths were accidents. Neither does Josie, especially when Hayden Beck, one of the academy's most infuriating students, gets defensive whenever she asks questions.

Between nightmares filled with water, wet clicking sounds only she hears, and strange symbols in the woods, she's sure something nonhuman is going on in town. Worse, she suspects the academy is a secret school for Elemental teens just like her, and whatever's lurking in the quarry is hunting them—which means Josie could be next.

Too bad she hasn't figured out how to unlock her powers yet.

Dark Triad is the first book in a YA paranormal series set in Adamant, a small town in Vermont where the dead have a history, the living have secrets, and the local quarry isn't finished claiming victims.
