Of Blood and Roses

I thought this was an entertaining read with fairly likable characters and interesting settings. But a rather large amount of other regions and courts were named that never really come into play though? Maybe in future books?
The story seemed to speed up pretty quickly towards the end and I think I would have enjoyed it better if more time had been taken before coming to the speedy conclusion.

And am I the only one who saw many similarities to the ACOTAR book series? I wasn’t really looking for any but they did continue to crop up.

And I do hate when reviewers dwell on spelling and grammatical errors but this book would have benefited greatly from some proofreading. Words like peal/peel, scrap/scrape, lightning/lighting and opps/oops. And continuity as well. There are three giant cats, none others were ever introduced, and yet their names changed frequently. How did no one catch that?
