Not a promo for the medical profession
I can’t quite see how the title, Sandman, relates to this story. Maybe I missed the link. None the less, be prepared to some pretty graphic descriptions of medical deaths performed by a rogue physician. As a mystery, it was good, but may be uncomfortable for many readers.
Sandman.
Excellent. Kept me guessing. Loved it.
