What a cute Romeo and Juliet inspired retelling. This multicultural, romantic comedy is lighthearted fun. The banter between the characters will keep you turning pages! Two Houses is for those of you who love a strong FMC and rivals to lovers trope. Now, on to Two Christmases!
10/10 Banter and Chemistry
The banter *makes* this book. It is such a fun read, a Romeo and Juliet retelling and rivals-to-lovers that had me literally smiling and laughing out loud at least once per chapter, minimum. You don’t need to know anything about the art world or Indian culture to love being dropped into them both in this book, the author does such a good job making it feel genuine and authentic and relatable regardless of your familiarity with either. Seriously 10/10, fun, refreshing, must-read, contemporary romcom
