When Dr Simon Schmidt discovers the unconscious victim of a violent sexual assault while walking his dog in the woods, he does the right thing and calls an ambulance.

But the divorced doctor is worried. He knows this woman: he had an affair with her some time ago. It was an intense liaison in which he pushed Ines's body to its limits. She knows his dominant, kinky tendencies all too well - information that could be terminal for his medical career.
