It wasn’t what I thought it was. It was nice, but I put it down several times.

I liked the story plot enough.
However, I just can’t enjoy a book when the author doesn’t think through the scenes well enough. Such as, one scene where Vivian goes to unclasp the blackstrap of her bra and Liam tells her to keep it on. After Liam slides one strap off her shoulder… in a couple of moments he slides the other strap off… and let’s the bra fall to the floor next to the leather chair. (In this scene, there’s no true reading-continuity when the bra is still clasped behind her, or it’s forgotten to say that it was unclasped. That’s just one example.)
If this is the type of reading I have to go through, forcing my mind to do the authors job for myself, I would rather find a different author. Maybe another author… until I find one worthy of reading multiple books by that one.
Absolutely love this book
Wow the first few pages had me hooked. Really good story I couldn't put it down. Read it in 4 hours can't wait to read Liam's list
