A young boy dying of Tuberculosis climbs aboard a ghost horse to become an irresistible force against transgressions of the rights of children across the planet.  The horse is something supernatural and is much more than just a ghost.  

The subtile power of the horse and its rider is slowly revealed through single short stories of individual children and their struggles against the evil that men perpetrate upon the innocents of this world.
