Dad's Time

The term 'ordinary' family is a misnomer. Almost never is any family 'ordinary' in that sense...dig a bit into history, relate the dinner table stories, the lifestyles, the experiences, and fascinating life stories are revealed. Within this family, several lives are revealed. Within those lives circumstances that were dangerous, adventurous, enormously difficult, and above all, true are revealed. In a typically American context, many started as immigrants, but became Americans by design, by ignoring hardships, escaping poverty, and in one case, by tragic events.
