Nyx Calder (Echo) is a global superstar, but the "Platinum Reign" has become a gilded cage, stifling their artistic soul. In Dissonant Harmony, the first cracks appear in Echo's carefully constructed world. They feel increasingly stifled by the relentless demands of label executive Morgan Thayre, who pushes for more commercially viable hits, and the constant scrutiny of a public hungry for more of the same.
