Colonel Diego Varillo has been negotiating a peace between the United States and Mexico—at least that's what he wants both governments to believe, hoping neither will notice the military might at his command. Fearing the threat Varillo represents to both sides of the border, the U.S. Secret Service sends Clint Adams to the town of Perro Rojo to infiltrate the revolutionary gang as a hired gun. 


Once Clint gathers information, he must report his findings to the Ghost Squadron—a group of elite cavalrymen assigned to stop Varillo. But should the Gunsmith fail in his mission, the delicate peace between Mexico and the United States could erupt in an all-out war...
