What will it take to make America great again? Norway is rated as the best democracy in the world. It is also one of the two happiest countries in the world, But there is much more. Norway has more than a trillion dollars in a pension fund and no national debt, while the U.S. has the greatest dollar national debt in the world. Should the U.S. take a look at a fabulously successful and happy country?
