I see it very often, new stores that open up with large expensive warehouses in geographical locations where the flow of customers and demand is limited. Last year I was in a place in Sweden called Öland. A small island located in southern Sweden. In the northern part of the island, a clothing store had opened up with a large assortment containing branded clothes.
