Nicholas Kristof Doesn't Know What He Is Talking About

The recent book about poverty in America by Nicholas Kristof of the New York Times and his wife Sheryl WuDunn is a bunch of nonsense. The biggest problem is that Kristof and WuDunn refuse to take genetics seriously. In the words of the famous Harvard psychology professor Steven Pinker, intelligence is "highly heritable," but you would never know that from the way Kristof and WuDunn talk.
