Red Notes

Red Notes is a story of explosive action, with film noir elements intermingled with science fiction and a dollop of humor. With genetic engineering and science running amok--in some places more so than others--Red Notes introduces us to Fesla and Whally, a pair of bounty hunters that represent part of the planet's second largest industry, largely catering to the needs of the planet's largest industry, gambling. And with plots for dominance of the industry rising up among the planet's three biggest players--Nanoware Gaming, the DeCarlo Family, and the recently-renamed New Vegas-Burma--there will be plenty of business indeed. But where there's plenty of business, there's also plenty of competition. And the competition is a lot more than most hunters could handle. Can Fesla and Whally survive and thrive in the world of tomorrow? Or will they find themselves on the bad end of future shock?
