The Solar temperature was creating havoc within the world's temperate zones, fires, flooding storm winds and lightning bolts rampant throughout the world regions. Countries and the world climate change was out of control. The Planet Earth population and Governments could not reverse or cope with it. There was amity. Everywhere, crowds of millions of people protesting publicly confronting government buildings and offices and it could be seen that the whole world was on the verge of destruction. Urgent international action is needed and implemented with unexpected results which delivered a major catastrophic situation.
