When Lori discovers she's pregnant after a one night stand with a stranger she met in a bar, she decides to have an abortion to hide her infidelity from her husband. But when the abortion clinic is hit by several bolts of lightning, she takes it as a sign and decides to keep the baby and pass it off as her husband's.

Meanwhile, Pazuzu, King of the Demons of the Wind, Bearer of Storms and Drought, is most displeased with Lori and her attempts to murder his Most Glorious Son.
