If you’ve heard of the Whole30 diet, you may picture a list of yesses and noes. The yesses are limited: meat, seafood, eggs, vegetables, fruit and healthy fats. The noes are plenty: added sugar, alcohol, grains, legumes, dairy, processed foods & salt. As a food lover, you can guess that I definitely didn’t invent this diet. A couple named Dallas and Melissa Hartwig created the month long eating plan in 2009.
In 2014, I tried Whole30 after being introduced to it by a friend at my gym. By the end of a challenging month, I broke my cravings for sugar and dairy. I became the leanest and strongest I’ve ever been. Their elimination plan also cleared up my adult acne! Try Whole30 and cut out foods that may be problematic to you!
