Ike Spence would rather not share his name with the famously homophobic vice president. To cope with this nominative misfortune, he starts a parody Twitter account which catches the eye of the local LGBTQ newspaper. Next thing he knows, he’s gone viral and the cute journalist responsible is asking him out. Life is looking up.
