The book is designed as a blunt, how-to guide for overcoming AI, anxiety, doom-
scrolling and the insanity of modern life.

I won the lottery: great parents and siblings, a wife of 25-plus years, three kids in their
early 20s, and a job that lets me talk to the most interesting people on earth — and write
about it.

Everything I’ve learned boils down to three words: You Control You.
