Thrilling end to the series
This last book in the Mercy Kilpatrick series is a thrilling and satisfying end to a great series. It is an action packed story full of tension, danger, suspense, intrigue and emotion. Mercy is a survivor. In this story both her physical and mental survival skills are severely challenged and Truman has to face the anxiety and agony of not knowing if the women he loves is alive or dead. The authors vivid writing and the great narration makes you feel the emotions the characters are going through and you experience the desperation, fear, despair and love right along with them. Even though this is a fitting end to a well written series, I will still really miss Mercy and her cobbled together family.
