Average performance
The performance of Anne is a bit flat and lacks character but it is always fun to listen to a dramatized version.

Although the spirit of Montgomery's novel remains intact, some may be disappointed with the considerable
changes made in this audio version of the Anne classic. The cast performance is , for the most part, well
done, with the character of Anne/Narrator rising well above the norm.
