Nothing special

I was very hesitate to buy this book. This whole idea of the author being channeled by a spirit or out worldly being called Abraham doesn't ring true with me but the written copy got such great reviews that I though I should give it a shot. I'm open to new ideas and realize that she could be talking to an all knowing force, anything is possible. I gave the book a low score for three reasons. 1. The reader Jerry Hicks reads it way too fast. They would have been better off to hire a professional reader for the task. 2, I've read a large # of LOA books and found nothing new or unique in this one. 3. Just as you're about to hear the 22 laws to change your life the book stops and says " please insert another 15 dollars to get part 2.
I feel this business with Abraham is a side show gimmic that has made the Hicks multi millionaires. The information that is given in this book is very true but I believe a person investigating the LOA could spend a lot less and buy the book ( The Master Key System ) and get much more info and insight without the cheesy freak show. The idea that the forces that create this universe will only talk with a select few individuals starts to feel like a religion. I won't be buying part 2.
