📖 Holden and Phoenix share a night that Holden doesn't remember so when he tries to go after Phoenix's best friend, Phoenix makes it his mission to stop it, only nothing turns out the way they expect.
❤️ Phoenix and Holden have some serious tension between them from the very beginning. Although there are some very questionable choices made, by both Nix and Holden, the feeling they are meant to be together is powerful.
🖤 I was not the biggest fan of Holden in book one but he grew on me in book two. I am looking forward to the next installments in the Leighton U series. I agree with the author's note at the beginning of the book that this book will not be for everyone.
🎧 Christan Fox and Jacob Morgan did a great job giving life to the characters and the story.
