I feel hope for the first time

I bought this book two days ago and have listened to it four times already! Wonderfully written, and narrated perfectly. This book has given me a little hope, which means a lot, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed by the "Black Dog" of depression.
This book is an extremely easy listen. The narrator sounds and feels like that friend who has listened to your entire story, and then returns back to you with the care, concern, hope, & wisdom in how to take your first baby steps out & away from depression.
This book has become a sort of "favourite song" for me when I feel like I'm about to plummet.
Buy this audiobook and keep it with you wherever you go. Have it ready for when those dark tunnels start surround you. I know everyone is different in their depression, but I am sure this will help!
